What happens if a product is faulty?

We check all orders carefully before they are dispatched but sometimes things do go wrong.
Please let us know as soon as you can if you receive a faulty item from us so that we can either replace or refund the item. We may ask you to return the item to us for checking. Please contact us via our contact form to advise of a problem with any item you have received from us.

What happens if you change your mind and want to return your purchase?

If you simply change your mind after your order has been dispatched to you we are happy for you to return the item to us within 30 days for a refund provided that the product is returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging.
Please note that you will be liable for the cost of the return shipping.
